Now it's very difficult to get job, it's very frustrating for me now.

Don't know what to do, tired of preparation and interview ghosting.

Lot of debt as well.

How to handle this?

Does anyone actually get jobs through using LinkedIn easy apply? If there’s a cover letter submission component- how important is that part? In general are cover letters super important?

What types of questions do you like to ask candidates during your first initial conversation with them?

How advanced are the coding questions for entry level data scientist? For SQL+ python

Currently in Interview process with EPAM Systems in Canada for Performance analyst role ( Performance testing / engineering ) and also Test Automation role. I had very positive feedback on my interviews for a S&O role but the team hired someone internally. If I interview again for a differenr role, would I have to do all the interviews again or can I use some of the scores from previous interviews. I understand doing RRK again makes sense but what about GCA, googlyness or leadership . Thank you
