Ryan specialty ( mumbai ) 1 day a week .

Both are offering me same package.Which one should I go for does anyone help me with this .
Previously i was working in product based company so not having client facing experience.
Currently i am in pune.
Currently i am Immediate joiner so i have to join any one company .

Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results. Anyone that interviewed or gotten a job with Meta how did it take from the onsite to get your decision? Since I had to reach out to the recruiter and haven't heard anything since I assume they're interested in another candidate.

Considering an offer to move to a (what I believe) late-stage start-up… 200+ million in funding through series A, B, C+ and have heard news of IPO next. I would be in a mid-senior role. General Question!
According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?

My total experience is 6.5 years and my current ctc is 10.6 Lakh and i work in servicenow domain. I have got h1b but stamping is in october. Should I wait until then or is it better to switch. Please provide your valuable suggestions.
