I have 2.5 years of experience as an Azure Data Engineer.
I have received offers from Tiger Analytics, Tredence, EY. I believe Tredence will be able to offer 1 L more if required than Tiger.
EY is on the lower side.

Can anyone help me with which one is better to join in terms of learning growth. I am looking for end to end work like ADF, ADLS, ADB, Synapse, etc..

Tredence location - Pune (WFH mostly)
Tiger - Bangalore (which I am a little concerned about joining)

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. As someone who got accepted, when would we find out which other peers got accepted? I have some coworkers that applied but I’m hesitant to ask them in the case that it didn’t work in their favor.

One of the team member has applied leaves for continuous 3 days this month. Later she applied for a 15 days leave saying a medical emergency. Both the leaves were rejected from her manager saying connect with HR. though she is on leave without PM leave approval and this is not even prior notice to the team.
