I have an offer from Pwc for Associate 2 position with 12 LPA fixed (after one negotiation). I also have an offer from Zensar for 14 LPA fixed with no variable component.

Will Pwc accept another counter offer for Associate 2 and is it good to join Zensar for Guidewire Developer role ?

Typical non-equity partner salary? Include law firm size pls.

My Associate stint is ending next year, and I need to start thinking about my next move. What’s the right comp I should be targeting with 4 YoE (2 in VC, 2 in consulting), in unicorns vs PE vs CVC?

Current TC is roughly 175-300k (carry is complicated and variable) in MCOL.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
