I have been looking for a new role for a while now, next month it will be a year. it’s been a challenging journey, and I’m doing my best to stay motivated and open to opportunities.I have experience as Compliance Liaison of almost 2 year. I applied to Elevance health, IU health, Franscisan but all I can get is rejection. if anyone knows openings in HR compliance, credentaling specialist, I’d be incredibly grateful to connect or hear your advice.

I have applied to 42 jobs and received 20 rejections, with 0 opportunities to even interview.

My resume is from WSO template, and I used suggested wording from various popular resume websites.

I don’t understand why I’ve gotten such a large amount of rejections. Am I applying to position in under or over qualified for? Does my resume suck? Is it just a bad time to apply? How do I improve from here?

Saw someone asking about high-rise apartments in Mott Haven earlier. Just moved into a new apartment building here and honestly it’s not as bad as I thought. New buildings are safe and pretty spacious (relatively speaking). Downside is not really much to do around this area and food delivery is not great.
