When can I expect a call from HR. now it's been 3 working days. what is the process of hiring and in case they would like to move further with me or other candidates, am I gonna receive any email or any kind of communication.
If i don't receive any response from HR, what would be the max time i should take it as a rejection?

Does NTT data give a probation of 6 months for lateral hires?
Can one take leaves in this period ?

Target tech stack - CQRS Java Spring boot microservices, React, Postgres, Mongo(The tech stack I am comfortable with)
Rubrik tech stack - Python Microservices, Postgres backend and Angular fronend.(The tech stack I have never worked with)

Is pre employment medical test for Ericsson new joiner is very strict. Their check-list for medical test is very long. I am afraid if report will come negative, they will reject me on that basis. Please suggest
