I have got an offer from Amazon L4( non tech) 7 base, 2.2 signing bonus & 45 rsu. My Current CTC is 6.15. I have 4.4 years of relevant experience. The position is the learning coordinator. Am I being low ballparked? The recruiter seems to be very rigid.

Please give your suggestions, how can I negotiate well?

I spoke with a recruiter recently about a position in her company and before we even began talking about the job, she asked if I needed an sponsorship, I told her no, I dont need one. But she continued to press on the subject until I had to tell her I was a US citizen. I dont know why, but the whole conversation made me extremely uncomfortable. So my question is, can recruiters ask you about your visa/immigration status even when I told her I didnt need a sponsorship??

I'm an investment banker and in late stages of a couple CorpDev roles of Fortune 200 companies. Both roles report to Head of CorpDev. I would be interested to understand the typical career progression. Assuming Head of CorpDev will stay in position for the next 5-10 years, what is the expectation of upward mobility then? Is it more common to progress through jumping around to different companies?

I will be starting an FDD position in August right out of college. Do you think 3 years in this industry will provide enough relevant experience to make the switch to CD. I am also planning to get my CFA if that is at all relevant.
