I'm Accounting Manager at no name company, role I've applied to is Principal Accounting Associate. I have 10 YOE.

How does hierarchy at CFGI look like? Do you have director position or the promotion path from Sr Manager is straight to MD? Also, how tricky is overtime incentive bonus? Got an offer for Sr manager role for a lower base than expected, but recruiter keeps bringing up that extra 5 hours of week is “easy +20k a year right there”. Thank you for any insights!!
