Hi all! I just wanted to share my experience with the CPA exam and how I prepped in hope that it helps some of you. I just found out that I passed my last exam yesterday and I’m now in the process of applying for licensure. I took REG and passed with a 75 about two years ago now. I also took the other 3 around the same time and failed all of them. I tried to fit them all into a semester but that wasn’t realistic for me. Fast forward a year later after I got out of PA and went into industry cont.

After you are stealth laid off, other than job search, what do you do? I assume they won’t give you work and even if they do, you can politely decline? How do you feel about you are not progressing anymore and seeing other people progressing in their career? I have no intention to make partner, but still feel a bit stuck not doing that much.

How to politely reject a job offer after going through interview process? I don't want to burn bridges but I got the position I wanted elsewhere. Thoughts?

CFP thinking of taking a few month career break to search for a new position. Need a recharge and to reevaluate, not to mention time to search. Would this be a mistake? Thanks

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? I’ve been practicing in both big law (many yrs ago) and now in-house for over 10 years. Quite often I struggle because I don’t find work fulfilling. In my organization, most with my role are commission based. Just took FAR for the fourth time today 😂 LOTS of not for profit questions and even sims were not for profit!!!!! Definitely more than 5-15% Becker said!!! I got like 60% was based on NFP!

Took the NINJA practice exam for REG and got a 72. What is the average difference between the mock and actual?

Is it possible to pass all 4 parts in 4 months while working? Any tips?

Does anyone use Ninja for supplementary review purposes? I currently use Roger as my main review course and wanted to use Ninja for their MCQs. I am not sure if the $67/month is worth it though.
