While I've cleared the first round, I'm being asked to submit certain documents prior the second round of interview which includes the my passport, photo, current company joining letter/salary slip, highest education certificate and a background verification check conducted by an ISO certified company/agency. So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?
