I need suggestions if I can join IBM or not.
1. I heard that IBM has very less projects now a days in technology SAP, Many people are on bench from 2-3 months? Is this true
2. Many people are getting PIP, is this true?
3. I have 10 YOE with 40 LPA package, if I join IBM will they remove me as part of cost cutting in future?

Do they have good number of SAP projects?
Is it good to join IBM?

How job security in Persistent system?
What is the bench period? .Are projects generally short term or long term.?

What is the job security for people on bench in HCS? I have joined HCS almost a month and a half and yet to be assigned to a project. I am worried if it would negatively affect my position in HCS. Kindly help with your answers.

I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .
