I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.

After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

I had my interview with Infosys for .net full stack developer.
It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.
4 YOE and 7 LPA currently

Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months.It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup.In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much.But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

I had one opportunity for this conversation. I put in my two weeks, partner called next day that he was bummed and what he could do to make me stay. I said the raise is 40%. I’ll do it for 30. He came back with 20. I said goodbye.
I put in my two weeks and they initiated the conversation. Kinda have to accept that what you want is unlikely and you’ll probably have to move or accept your circumstances. Even if you bring it up in a direct manner, it’s all chance on if they entertain it or say goodluck
I wouldn't stay with a company that underpays, they'll keep pinching pennies
You will get that confidence when you have strong offer
Bring up 2 week notice
I’ll put in my notice and wait for them to come to me. Basic negotiation tactic, you can’t be the one running to them.
