I’m joining Amex in the first week of March and am awaiting an updated offer letter reflecting the relocation bonus, which HR had agreed to. Could you share what relocation support is typically provided at Band 30? My office location is Building 5, Gurgaon, would also appreciate insights on food options and other facilities (gym, etc.) there compared to the 74A campus. Lastly, what kind of salary hike is typically seen in the first year? Thanks!

I was not getting any proper job, I joined a company as System Admin (the position name is only in pen and paper their actual work is data entry operator) on 3rd party payroll. The company only gives salary which is lowest in market. they don't provide any facilities. there is no career growth, learning facilities in this company. Still I am not getting proper job. Now I am forgetting the things I learned. Fully frustrated with my job. Please suggest how can I overcome the problem.

How company Company performance bonus is paid in persistent? In offer it’s mentioned that some is paid monthly and remaining at the end of financial year based on performance review

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Its been a month since my first paycheck and HR and the Payroll team are incredibly unresponsive to my inquiry on where this bonus is. What’s the next course of action? Legal? I’m not at ACN anymore so not looking for ACN-specific advice.

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄
