I’m not good with tax calculations, I got 8LPA as basic and 8LPA as reimbursable flexi benefit. How to allocate the FB wisely, can anyone please advise?

I’ve been an Admin Assistant for 5 years with the last 2 in a government. I have worked hard to get here thinking this is what I wanted. Now that I’m here, making 40k CAD/yr.
