I'm working as a pega developer ( Team Lead ) for past 2 years. From past 2 years there is no hike . For 1st year I was not eligible for hike due stupid policy ( who are joined sep 1st 2021 onwards they are eligible) I have joined sep 29th 2021. And for 2nd year hike still they postponed to dec 1st . I lose the trust .
All of sudden, fininical buderns I took the decision to regin and 2 days back I have resigned with No offer
I don't think so they will come for negotiation of salary .

My current reasoning is 2x as
* We get 100% parental leave for 6 months in current company
* Risk mitigation

Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Please let me know how much I can ask for.
