Hi Fishes,
I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

Seems low in this market

You can do much better than that. Counter with 180+
A bit low but I don’t think you’ll get anything more than 180 from slalom for Seattle
I’m not 100% certain for tech P, but that would be my guess
I have similar YoE in a lower COL market and have a base of $175k. I'm in a tech practice though. I agree with the other poster who questioned the bonus %...is 10% truly the bonus or just an expectation they set? 12% should be the standard target.
FYI OP, I believe Seattle is in Tier 1 or 2 of Slalom's pay bands. Pay bands are by geo + skillset, with four separate geo tiers (NYC and SF are at the top, Denver is in Tier 2 or 3 for example). I'm not sure how much lower the non-tech bands are than tech bands though.

Feel free to compare among slalom office but keep.in mind that each slalom office is independent and they set their own pay
Don't bother comparing slalom's salary against a big consulting company without normalizing for hours worked.
Seattle has one of the most lax working hours across all slalom offices. I'd be shocked if you work more than 28-30 hours a week
Coach
Within the general range, but you can definitely get higher if you have meaningful experience/success with sales and leading teams/projects.

Seems insanely low. Are you not getting $200 now? B4 managers should be around $200K and exiting for higher IMO, not lower.
Not base, but this would be a total comp step down given Slalom’s culture/WLB
Granted I have more YoE, but I make more than that as a P in a lower CoL city. And there’s something weird with the bonus target; it’s (supposed to be) standardized across the company and should be 12% for P.
I’m in Principal, non tech with about 8 YoE in a very similar COL market. I’m at 165K, so your offer seems fair. That said, the market it hot right now so I do think you can shoot higher.
The technology also matters, OP what is your line of work?
OP is non tech
its low. counter with 180
For non tech roles, I would say the offer is fair with LOE
Low in this market and has room in negociation. Their bill rate however is less comparing to a Big 4 so there is a limit on how much they can pay up for this level. However considering a better WLB, it may compare favoriably in term of $/hour worked. Good luck.
Ruhroh I’m a SP @ 150K base (MCOL, 8YOE) and this thread makes me feel bad…
