My rating and hike was very bad this time, even after performing very well and being top in my team according to the data the decision was biased as the managers have targeted me due to some other reasons, can you please suggest if i escalate this to HR and make them understand to consider the performance and calculate the depending upon the data ..will this make any change .... please respond and help me !!

I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.
