1. Kaleris - 30LPA + 2LPA(PF, Gratuity) - flexible timings, seems to be a great project and seems to have good exposure
2. EPAM - 35LPA CTC - not sure about project to be put in
3. BNY - 32LPA + 2LPA(PF, Gratuity) - 4 days office 6hrs mandatory login from office

Looking to make a jump. SVP/EVP media agency/client side. 20+ years experience in planning, buying, partnerships, content. NYC or North Jersey

Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

I work for a small agency and manage our internal marketing acct. We had very few processes in place when I started. I’ve since created, implemented, and trained our dept. on project mgmt for clients and am trying to convince the owner to apply those principles to our internal jobs. They are resistant because they just want the work to be done and don’t “want to keep spending money on internal jobs”. I’m confused because we’re doing the work either way and “spending” in labor/resources.

Anybody ever used your internal firm Bio/Profile (obviously scrubbed for client info) to apply to other B4? Finding its a lot easier to convey value and understand my background with my bio.
