Let's say a person join a company X and then switches to Y after few years. Again switches to company Z after few months. Now the thing is both the previous employers provided Pf but the new company Z which is still growing doesn't have a pf contribution since it is starting out in india. What would happen to existing PF accounts if not withdrawn , will it earn interest? What would i need to do as an employee? Any timelines to follow?

Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. Our company is considering offering 401K employer match. We are about 200 employees venture backed company. We have about 60% participation mostly the non HCEs and only some key employees contribute. We always pass top heavy test and wpassed the 2019 ADP/ACP test. We are aggressively hiring and project there will be increase in participation, particularly if we offer the match. Does the word “inclusion” do more harm than good? What if the panel we simply said “Diversity & Equity”?
