Its been a year & My cntrct got extended for 11 mnths again in june with same pay of 2.48 LPA. This role is not aligning with my skills(Sql, Power Bi, Excel). I cant apply on portal as im in cntrct. So, I am thinking to quit & reapply for roles aligning my skills. Will it be better idea to Quit & reapply. If so will I be eligible to rehire For better L2/L3 Roles? Amazon
