Need your advice here -

I got selected for Tech Mahindra and received a mail to submit the documents. The thing is, I have worked in a company at the start of my career for only 3 months and then resigned. But I have not mentioned this experience in my resume in my interview process. I do have the PF created and relieving documents.
So now, should I mention my 1st company details in BGV or not required. If not mentioned, will it be a problem later.
Please help on this!!

Currently applying to federal clerkships. Is there an average amount of time before you hear back (if selected)? Also, is it proper to call to confirm receipt of submitted apps outside of OSCAR?

I'm currently in a process for senior associate at a Big4. The process began on July, yet between the first and second interview it took like 3-4 weeks. And between the 2nd and 3rd like 7 weeks. I sent an email to HR during those weeks asking for an update and didn't have an answer. Then it a 3rd one was scheduled three times (the manager didn't connect to the first 2) and next week I have the last interview with 1 partner. Is the timing normal? Or were they looking for other candidates or what?

Has anyone here gotten a job through FB or, if you’re a hiring atty, recruited a good candidate?

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. However, once it’s comes down to me and 1-2 other candidates, I repeatedly have been turned down for the person who has more relevant experience as they’re a safer bet for the employer. Would love advice from anyone who’s dealt with this before. It’s tough to get them to take a risk on me

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

Anyone here work or has interviewed for a data science role at DataRobot? Would love to get some insight. Third interview coming up.

I cleared all my rounds for 2.2 level and shared all my documents on the link HR shared. It's been two weeks and the offer letter is not generated. The HR keeps telling me to wait until Friday and then postpones to next week. Can anyone help me understand this?

Hello fishes, I gave an interview with intelsat 5 business days ago and still haven't heard any feedback. The recruiter never called and sent an email invite for the 1st round and I had a 20minute call with the interviewer. Can I still wait for the feedback or let it go?

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

DO YOU JUST ASSUME THE COST OF YOUR MARKETING ACTIVITIES? I am looking to allocate their cost in the marketing budget in a way that won't rely on several layers of assumptions. How do you reliably estimate the cost of different marketing activities (email, social, web, etc) when you don't have specific people or tools allocated to each function and costs are spread across many channels? Ads seems the easiest, but even then there's time and overheads... I've been looking for a reliable model.
