I have an offer from KPMG, and I am in talks with collabera, they are offering about 35% hike which will be 100% hike from my current ctc, while KPMG offers 65% on my current ctc.

KPMG is a research and stakeholders management role and collabera offers strategy role including working direct with VP.

I know the company is pretty small when company to KPMg, should I proceed with the interview?

Yesterday i got my rating that is 2. How much hike i expect. Can anyone tell me.

My TL gave me low rating (3.9) just because I resigned. On the other hand, TCS is giving me retention offer. I am getting 4 LPA more outside compared to retention offer made by TCS.

Should I accept the retention offer? Which band can I expect if I withdraw my resignation?
