Today supposed to be my interview with TCS around 2.45pm. In the mail, they mentioned that I will be receiving the interview link before 1hr of the interview, but I haven't received any. So I pinged the respective person many times, he haven't replied back.


What would happen in this case, will they reschedule my interview?

when will synechron release offer letter after HR discussion? Why don't they give clarity on when will they release offer letter?

I have 9.5 yrs of experience and am currently level 62 in Microsoft. I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA. There is an upcoming appraisal cycle in September, so I wanted to ask how much can I expect Microsoft to adjust the base salary in this appraisal cycle ( given my performance was decent) ?

Hi, I have 6 years of experience as a developer and have offers from, Harman Connected Services(WebAPI Developer - 20 LPA), bank of america(Senior Developer II - 20 LPA), Siemens Energy(Desktop developer-20LPA), NSR Information System(Senior Software Engineer -20LPA), Tech M, Cognizant, Kellton Tech, FIS Global, Mind tree. Packages are in the range 20+. Which company should I join for good projects and good wlb?

At a dead end and don't know what to do besides stop! I've been job searching everyday, some days several hours for 8 months straight. I have about 100 different resumes that I've edited for different type of positions. I've got nothing but denials, recruiter screenings, 2 interviews and ghosted. I really want to give up and just sit and hope for a miracle at this point. Can anyone relate? How are you keeping faith? Any tips or tricks?

IBM wants to retain me, manager told me told withdrawal the paper. But still didn't get the revised offer/promotion letter? So before withdrawal will not get yhe letter from ibm?

Have you ever been told off by an older attorney of color? We have one Black partner at our firm and in conversation with him this morning he told me I should work on sounding and looking "more professional" and not let my "tone" or "bad attitude" get in the way. But in 29 of nov show two status in ibegin current and previous status in current it show resume is shotlisted and previous it show evaluation in progress.what it mean?

I had Technical and Managerial discussion with TCS on 2 sept. I was told I will get HR call.Then on 11th sept i got onboarding email to submit documents and the next day all the documents got verified but since then I didn't get any update and it has been more than two weeks.Ibegin portal shows evaluation in progress. Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
Note: I do have good relationship with X company.
Please give your valuable suggestions.
