I have 6 years of experience and have offers from the below companies, Help me on selecting the same?
I am getting a headache as my last date is approaching. Please Help me before Jan 18.

Value Labs - Banking(Fullstack) - 19Fixed + 2LPA
NTT Data - Well Fargos (React) - 20 + 3LPA
Hexaware - Amaze Banking Project (reactjs,AZURE) - 20+2 LPA
GSPANN - Sports E-commerce (AWS, MERN) - 20+2 LPA

I applied for few SA roles at AWS after getting the SAA certificate and some badges like the “WAF” and “Advanced Migration”. I also optimized my resume recently trying to match what AWS would look for, but I did not get any 1st call or screening interview!
I also applied to some of the roles using friend’s referral. I have more than 15 years in IT infrastructure mainly in Storage systems (EMC, Hitachi) What could be the problem? Thanks.

I’m considering a less sales-oriented role that doesn’t pay commission. The new role will have a higher base but lower overall earning potential.

What % haircut should be expected? As an example, if I make 100k (base + commission) today, would it be realistic to ask for 90k (10% cut) + equity to make up the difference?

How long does HCL take to release the offer?

I have taken the interview on 27th July 2022 and next day I got an update that I am selected and I will be connected by HR for further proceedings.

With all details I have shared, I have been told that the approvals are pending and the offer will get released soon.

Now, they have mentioned it will be released next week.
