I’m about to take a data analytics course to make an attempt to break into that field. I’m currently looking for a mentor to help guide me during this time. Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

I have 2 YOE as a BDR and think I could succeed in either position. Both have hybrid work set ups. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks.

I’m curious what non sales positions people from sales transfer into. Currently a sales rep at a cybersecurity firm but am interested in exploring industries that have a bit less stress involved.

I will possibly be getting a machinist role through some contacts, and I have no experience in the field and I’m wondering what I could expect to make, when I look up average salaries for a machinist position I see around 65k but that seems too good for my age and experience so I’m wondering what some others in the trade on here are making

I think that I have eating disorder. I am always hungry but when I get food I can’t finish it, usually I am done after 2-3 bites and then I am hungry again after an hour. Anyone has similar issues? Have you been to a nutritionist or dietitian? If yes, is it covered by Insurance?

Hi, I'm working at a product based company, I joined as a fresher and it has been 3 years, I have not been able to get an Offer in last 6 months of Interviewing with companies like Amazon, Cisco, Akamai, Paypal and ServiceNow, but I have got an Offer from startup for almost an 80% hike. I have put down my papers, but suddenly I'm feeling I'm making a mistake by moving into a startup, because I see people with the same experience are joining MAANG, I should've waited and tried hard?

Is there a career in IT where less people interaction and more focused work is involved, work is rather meaningful than deadline oriented non creative work.
