Hi Fishes I've recently started working at Accenture and company has offered me (9.1 LPA including fixed and variable) but I've got one more offer after joining Accenture from Capgemini (in Malasiya - KL) of 7000 Ringgit/ Month. Shall I leave Accenture and join Malasiya or should I stay in Accenture only? Please help me.

Hi guys, I'm in a huge dilemma. I have offers from fortune 50 product companies with good enough package but their office location is Bangalore. I also have offer from NCR but the companies are either service based or start ups, but the culture in all of them is good and my home is near to them. The dilemma is, since Bangalore is far away the yearly expenses like travelling back home, etc. will even out the packages from both locations. So only incentive of joining blr comps is they are famous.

I am not able to complete task as its new to me . I am serving notice period but still 60 days to go for LWD. What to do in this case ! Will my manager can take any action on me ? I have asked for early release as well .
