I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

Hi Fishes,
I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.

When you leave you’re either marked rehirable or not in the system. I’ve seen people who left voluntarily marked as do-not-hire and those who were coached out as rehirable, it just depends on the circumstances. You’d have to ask your ex-relationship leader or the people team to find out, but idk if they’ll tell you. You could also just reapply or try for a referral and see what happens.
Rehire status, yes, rehireable. If not, the hiring Mgr, TC and engagement partner shall approve your offer.
