Has anyone interviewed with Amazon in the last 6 months. I finished my loop for a finance role. It’s been 8 business days and no update from the recruiter. I mailed the recruiter who said apologies for the delay but we will get back to you with next steps. Has anyone had this experience and what was the outcome Amazon

Hi. I don’t have much time so I can’t respond as thoroughly as either of us would like. I suggest posting your question in the “Advertising” and “Creatives” Bowls as those are much more active than this one.
That said, while agencies are “fun” and value the freedom of opinion, they have become underpaying sweatshop hellscapes which are incredibly abusive.
And though in-house has better pay and work/life balance, they tend to be highly political and value group think.
Know going in that you will experience culture shock at first going from agency to brand-side.
If given the choice though I’d definitely choose in-house b/c the money and work/life balance are game changers. If you need to fulfill a creative itch, freelance on the DL or better yet, do your own creative work which you solely reap the benefits of.
Same. Good luck OP!
DM me. I lead an in-house Creative group in Chicago. And I think we do some really nice work. I don’t have an opening right now, but you never know when that will change. Happy to chat.
