Can anyone explain the difference between PWC SDC, PWC AC and PWC India?

I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.

Any tips for staying healthy while traveling for work regularly, esp to smaller cities/towns with limited healthy takeouts? When there are no healthy options available I usually just not eat or eat a super basic salad (eg lettuce + chicken), and I bring some protein bars and appetite suppressant fiber crackers with me. But my life has been super miserable and I find myself hangry all the time, bloated from eating too much raw veg, and waking up in the middle of the night starving 😭

If I get laid off, I have a previous colleague that started a cybersecurity company. I would love to get involved on the business side of it. Today I learned a new thing. One candidate was referred by a colleague of mine in the system. He got selected and offer letter rolled out.

When he checked the system he realized the referral was not taken and the background system captured it as direct hire.

So my friend is not going to get any referral incentive.
