Hi Guys, I have 3.4 YOE in .Net full stack dev & current CTC is 7.6. I got offer from TCS for 10 and I made a counter to Cognizant, they said they'll give 15.75, and they haven't responded. After 1 month and lot of mails they called me and said "last month they hired for that packages but now there is no budget and we can't provide more than 10.5, we have to drop your profile" . Is HR trying to get me for low CTC or is it real? Any suggestions what to do? Please help Tata Consultancy

2. Has good WLB.
