For those of you who are SHRM CP certified. Can you please advise if the SHRM learning system is worth it? Are there other effective learning tools that are less expensive ?

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
