How is the AMEX account in IBM?

Hi everyone! I’m a young professional right out of college getting into investing and personal finance management. Trying to better understand and educate myself on personal finance and investment strategies. Can someone recommend some recourses (books, podcasts, experts to follow, etc.) where it’s clearly explained for beginners? Trying to make sense of 401Ks, Roth IRAs, emergency funds etc.
Like I’m looking for someone like Dave Ramsey but for investment and money management advice.

I’m considering building up my I bonds to eventually replace my 6 month expenses emergency savings account. Any downsides I’m not considering? If I slowly ramp up and ladder, I can partially withdraw any amount if I need to after a year. Even with lower inflation in the future, I’m guessing it’s going to beat a savings account yield. I have few queries can anyone please help me regarding this.
In ELSS mutual the total we can save save tax is 1.5lakh. Do we need to invest yearly 1.5 lakh yearly to save tax? I am planning to have a Sip of 5000 monthly for 3 years. So total money invested in 3 years will be around 60000 * 3 = 180000.
Will that be sufficient to save tax or Do I need to have a sip of 12000 per month to save tax.
