Just wondering if there are examples out there. What are some tips to staying connected to the hiring manager or keeping yourself on top of their minds etc.? Thanks!

Is it common to offer signing bonuses for product managers? I've only worked in small companies and I'm currently interviewing at a much larger company. I am expecting an offer this week, but the salary isn't quite where I want it to be. A signing bonus of 5 or 10k would make me feel so much better (obviously) but it would put me right where I want to be for salary this year.
