20 Aug i went to phase 3 Pune for synechron HSBC drive and I cleared all round and also had a HR discussion with respect to salary.
Later HR never connected me, nor picking calls and replying over mail.
It’s more than 10 days.
What you would suggest me,
should I wait or let it got.

I don't understand the point of hiring candidates. Its been more than two months and i am sitting idle. There is no updates from management. I am getting info like i will get half salary this month because of the bench policy. I m confused what to do next

My joining in both are in around May last week. Tomorrow my IBM pre onboarding HR will connect with me. Should I ask for a counter offer tomorrow itself?
Or should I ask 2 weeks before joining?
Many told me that companies revise CTC when the joining date is near, else they show less interest. So should I go for it now itself?
