American Airlines starting in Hyderabad from mid October through ANSR.

they are saying that starting a few months I have to work from the ANSR Building which will have a dedicated American Airlines workspace.

And after a few months. A dedicated office be opened for American Airlines.

Is this fine or should be a concern?
I only want to work on Direct American Airlines payroll.
They are saying that it's Direct Opportunity with American Airlines.

I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise. I now only make 0.50 cents more than even the lowest paid shift lead but I am doing a lot more work. I'm no longer satisfied with these conditions. Does anyone freeze with deadlines, and if so what works for you? Whenever I have a deadline my brain freezes and refuses to work. It used to be that my brain worked overtime right before a deadline - now it refuses to work until after a deadline. I think this is because all of my deadlines are internal and I’ve never had a partner look at anything immediately after a deadline. This is affecting my work obviously - any tips would be useful and appreciated!
