I have my CPA license and some work experience in top 500 public companies. The only thing I am worrying about is the work visa in Australia. Do you think it is possible to find an employer sponsored job in Australia by applying overseas?

While registering on Fidelity, I am asked to chose between FDRXX/FDIC .I would want to chose from available options and invest money. Which option I should be choosing of both ?
