I've been in the interview process for a Security PgM position and passed my onsite after doing a follow-up interview. About a month ago, my recruiter at Google notified me that due to positive feedback from my onsite follow-up interview, that I would be moving to the team matching stage.

Though I send an email every 2 weeks, I've heard nothing back from the recruiter since that initial call after the follow-up.

Have I been ghosted by the Google recruiter?

I have a few questions that I would really appreciate some advice on. 1) How far back should I take my professional experience? Right to the beginning, about 5 - 6 jobs in 20 years, or just some recent ones? 2) Does it help to add skills in there too? 3) Should I mentions any awards I received that are actually from a different industry than what I’m applying to? I would love some advice. I told my manager I wanted to resign. I was planning on giving a 1 month notice. (the ppl are great but the product is meh and the projects I was assigned were highly complex causing me to feel overwhelmed and anxious. I've never been an anxious person.)I'm interviewing at other places no offers yet. My boss and her manager offered me to take a 2-3 week vacation (I used 1 week in a year, I have DTO), reshuffle my projects, and offered me a mentor. Should I stay or not?

So my last bowl was me dragging. Come to find out I had to go to an emergency room and find out the pain in my heart was a blood pressure of 180/115 and my blood sugar spiked. Doc asks me if I’m stressed. I told her I’m a teacher. No explanation needed. But I’ll be damned if I let a job affect me like this. I just can’t leave because of you know, quarantine, and good jobs just aren’t plentiful. $750 emergency room bill to find out I’m stressed and not dying from a heart attack.
