2. Pune

Assuming current is around 30

CCTC - 17
UKG offer - 22 Fixed + 1.76 Performance bonus
YOE - 6.5

Meanwhile you get another offer but they will give around 17 fixed.
I am thinking to quote my in hand offer as 17 fixed with changes in it and share it with them.
So that they can give me around 20 fixed.
