I make 60K currently working in a non-profit organization, but want to increase my salary. What could I do to increase my salary in the next year? Should I get certifications? Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year.
