Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

Changing areas within the supply chain can also lead to higher salaries, as different positions come with different pay grades. However, you'll need experience and in some cases, certifications for some jobs. I would recommend that you continue to accumulate experience, find out about a position you would like to move up to in your career and some certifications or courses to help you get there, and connect with different professionals.
Certifications could certainly help, but depending on the area you are looking to move into, experience may be more important. Generally speaking, areas like procurement, production planning, and logistics tend to pay more than warehouse or operations roles.
Depending on your experience, it might be more beneficial to look into changing areas than certifications. The highest paying positions in Supply Chain are typically in the operations and management areas.
