Is this layoff?Amdocs

Hi fishes,
Any guess how many people are laid off from Publicis sapient in past few days? Really scared for my future as I'm also under probation period and deeply regret for my choice of joining this firm...I don't understand why were they recruiting peeps when they were short of projects. Publicis Sapient

Always offer your two weeks
Give notice. At least if they escort you out that day, you still get paid for those 2 weeks
Give notice. Do the right thing every time. Its a small industry.
I agree that you should always give notice, however, I’d love to see someone just place their badge and laptop on their desk and walk away. Never to be seen or heard from again.
I guess just be prepared and ready to go in case they do ask you to leave that day. But yes should offer some notice to attempt to leave on good terms
Shocked this is a real question
Never quit without notice, especially if you are chargeable
Yeah there’s no situation that you wouldn’t give notice... unless there’s some kind of harassment
Giving two weeks’ notice when you know you will be escorted out gives you the opportunity to have a two week break before starting your new job, and it is better for your reputation.
I gave notice but knew they would likely escort me out the same day. So I just waited to give notice until I was ready to leave. Risky if they actually want you to work out the two weeks though
Don’t burn bridges. Give your notice
^thats when you win the lottery or retire
I will do while playing the song “Take this job and shove it”. And yes Country music has the best lyrics. And yes it’s a real song.
Always two weeks. Just make sure you’re ready to leave that day.
