Can anyone suggest what is the max they can offer for more than 5 years of experience as well as what kind of questions can I expect in this round.
My current CTC is around 26.3 LPA.

Any tips for the functional interview for Amazon’s Contracts Manager position? Studying the leadership principles but don’t want to overlook the functional portion.

Reason I am asking this is - I earn close to 1.5 lakhs every month and if someone had told me this during my college days I would have taken it eyes closed thinking this is more than enough. Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings
