Hi everyone. I have been working 100% remote for 2ish years - about 5 months with my recent company. I enjoy it and would never want to be 100% on-site but I feel like some face to face interaction would help me grow in my current role and on a personal note would maybe give me a boost, I feel stagnant. Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get

may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the

Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

I’ll be promoted next year to senior but I’m in a niche role where I don’t see myself long term. Should I make a job switch now or should I wait to get promoted to senior? I currently have 1.5 years of experience.
