I have cleared all rounds for AVP role in Barclays. What should i quote as an expected salary for this role? I am new to banking domain so no idea about the pay range.

YOE: 4 years
CCTC: 16 fixed
Tech stack: Al/GenAl
Location: Bangalore

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.

Anyone have any insight on base salary for a Staff 2 in the BC group? Got an offer the other day and was wondering if it was on the lower or higher end. Thanks!
