I have offer from Accenture , given role is packaged app development lead level 9. But they offered me Mumbai location, currently i am here at Gurgaon. Given joining date is 13th July. Till now I haven’t said i wont join but last week i dropped mail for location change then recruiter replied instantly by stating that location change isn’t possible. Please suggest what to do. Any possibility after reaching there and then during project allocation any chances of getting Delhi NCR?

I am in the final steps of the interview process for an in-house position. I mentioned to the recruiter that I had unvested equity I would be leaving on the table. She said the company would take this into account and make me whole. She later asked for proof of the equity in the form of my account statement and balance, which I provided. I have not yet received an offer. Is it typical for companies to ask for this documentation if they don't intend to make the candidate an offer?

I am interviewing at a Production Studio and it’s going well. The majority of my experience is agency side. They mentioned base salary with commission, as they want to see growth in the next 3-5 years. There has been no talk of salary yet. What does a base salary for an EP with commission usually look like in this role? What should I be asking for? I don’t want to give up my current salary, but I think this job would be such a great fit for me. Advice?

I am getting selected in all consultancy giants like tcs, Accenture, Capgemini but I am not getting any calls from product based companies like Salesforce, teradata, Mcaffe Any idea how can I get into product based companies.

Senior manager wants everyone to share our screen with him for the day so he can monitor what everybody is doing. I personally thing this is ridiculous. Can I ask him send this request in writing?

PEOPLE DO MAKE MISTAKES!! but My manager reacts very rudely everytime with me, And all seniors who are with him around 10+ years will assign tickets to me and they monitor me continuously.

I never had any conflicts with anyone, but i felt that they all connered me. I had a call with my director and senior director and explained about this on my last day
