I have two offers 35 LPA fixed in EPAM and 33 LPA + 3 LPA variable tech Kotak I have not decided where to go as epam is there any policy of hire and fire and how frequent they fire. Also wanted to know what happens when you join EPAM and stay on bench for first month of joining will they pay you as per CTC or only basic pay would be there I have 5yoe in DevOps

So my learning level reached equivalent to a Technical Lead and I'm currently working as a Technical Lead serving solution for technologies like Angular, React, Ionic, Flutter, CodeIgniter, Spring Boot, MySQL, AWS, Azure and CentOS based server Management and Team Management.

I’ve been working here for 2 years and my company is well established and the job is easy, but I honestly just want higher pay. I see companies (smaller and larger) that potentially can give me that but would it be worth it? Can anyone provide salary range for Middle Market Associate Banker roles? California market.

Due to a recent company-wide increase and additional pay for bilingual direct reports I am only making a dollar and change above them as their supervisor. I was hired into this position in March, having been the first employee in this department. I really tried to get them to budge on salary, they did not, but shortly after accepting they gave the whole company a dollar raise.

Any suggestions on how this might be addressed?

Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position. Why should that matter…..shouldn’t it pay what it should pay if I am selected, rather that curving down towards my current rate?

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.

Two offers:

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.
