I joined HCLTech on 12th September and have completed all the OnBoarding process successfully. We were told to update the ESS with account details before 21st of month.

I am having problem with company email synchronization with SAP, which is out of my control. As this company email is a mandatory field, all the links and navigations are disabled until this is fixed. I opened a USP ticket on 13th and this issue is still not solved. Will my salary be credited for the month?

Is end-of-year bonus season a lost cause at this point? (In a firm with no layoffs or pay cuts yet).

I worked in PwC for 1.5 years and the moved to Oracle on last July with 50% hike(CCTC is 14.5LPA). I was hired for Application Developer 2 but often I’m getting QA work and I don’t like this job. So looking for a change.

Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating.
