I cleared all the interview rounds at Genpact. On the candidate portal, my status is showing “Offer (External)”, but I haven’t received my offer letter yet.

During my HR discussion, I was informed that I would receive the offer letter on Tuesday. It’s been almost a week now, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve tried calling and messaging the HR several times, but there has been no response.
