I received a call for interview at BCG for the data analyst post. Is there anyone with BCG experience who can tell me if this is a step up or step down in my career in terms of job level? I am an Associate in ZS (and looking for a promotion this year) with >3.5 years of experience overall.
Also I would like to know more about BCG and it’s culture, work life balance and pay.

I’m currently a team manager for a team of 8 renewals specialist and I feel like my team is getting low balled by upper management. We are remote.

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.

How can I switch to product management?
I am currently working in secondary research domain in a leading consulting firm, and have primary market research experience with leading market research agency. Also have 2 years of pre-MBA exp as SAP Basis consultant.
