I recently received an offer from Amazon with a start date in June. But, I also got my H1B picked this year, which means I cannot start with Amazon at least until the 1st October. Has anyone experienced this situation? Is it better to wait and then check back with the recruiter in October to see if they have open positions? Does this method work? Any suggestions on this would be appreciated Amazon

Now he wishes to come back to India and wants to join some company here. But seems like similar opportunities are very less, say close to 3-4%. Lateraled into banking and I'm getting killed. My aso will mention to do stuff as he's walking out, says do this this and this and by the time I process what he said he's out the door then I miss something he's like I told you to do it.
