Has anyone received an offer letter from EXL (Inductis India Pvt Ltd) that was extremely restrictive and reading which felt like one is signing up for going to prison rather than get employment? No leave policy mentioned, hundreds of paragraphs of worst case scenarios, pathetic salary breakup, etc. ?

Congratulations. After HR discussion how long it takes to release an offer letter in your case.?
I completed an HR discussion last week since I haven't received any communication from Wipro.
Do I need to follow up on mail or call?

But keep on trying you will definitely land a job thats what my experience is wipro is my 13th company that actually offered me the position
Thay will definitely provide you counter offer just drop the mail to HR
Update - they didn’t further agree to accept my counter offer reason being for the B2 band its on the higher end , not an issue its still a good number considering my 5.4 YOE and i am ok with 4-5% yearly increment
Note - IMO most of the companies consider the counter only once not the second time.
What's your yoe and which is the company offering higher amount? Join the other company if that is good as Wipro culture and projects are not good.
In my view, work culture in MNCs often depends on the specific ODC or department you're placed in. I prefer not to risk my career with startups due to the fear of layoffs. Factors like commute, stability, and the advantages of an MNC play a key role in my decision. In service-based industries, the work experience largely depends on the project and department, rather than the company as a whole.
