I was negotiating with Wipro while having another offer. Wipro offered 29 LPA + 70k joining bonus after I countered with a 28 LPA offer. Now, the other company has increased their offer to 31 LPA.

I'm interested in joining Wipro but would like them to match the 31 LPA. Given that my current company has released me early, do you think Wipro would match the offer?

Hello people. Need a suggestion and plz provide your honest inputs. I'm with EY GDS currently (3 YOE) with a package of 10LPA (before hike). Role is of Tax senior. I'm exploring roles in WELLS FARGO/JP as I am looking into profiles in investment banking. Have done masters in banking & finance, & have retail banking experience of 4.5 years. I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.
